Is ApplyArc a scam?+

Who runs ApplyArc?+
Adrian George, the founder. ApplyArc is a small, independent company. You can read the founder's story on About and contact support@applyarc.com with questions before signing up.
Where is my data stored?+
ApplyArc uses Microsoft Azure for account and job-search data. Service providers process the information needed for hosting, AI, payments and support. Optional analytics require your consent. The privacy policy lists the providers and retention periods.
Does ApplyArc share my data with employers or recruiters?+
We do not sell your personal data or provide your private job-search content to employers or recruiters. You choose what to export or send. Service providers process data to run ApplyArc, and limited information may be shared for legal obligations or payment disputes, as described in the privacy policy.
Is my CV used to train AI models?+
ApplyArc does not use your CV to train AI models. Microsoft states that Azure OpenAI prompts and outputs are not used to train foundation models without permission or instruction. Separate abuse monitoring may store flagged content for review by authorised Microsoft staff. This is different from model training.
What happens when I delete my account?+
You can export your account data and request account deletion in Settings. The privacy policy provides for account-data deletion within 30 days. Billing and dispute records may be retained for up to seven years for tax and legal obligations; analytics and service-provider records have their own published retention periods. Account deletion does not mean every record held by every provider disappears immediately.
