Paste the job description and your resume or experience. The AI reads the supplied requirements and background, then drafts a cover letter for you to review, edit, and export. Generation time varies with demand and response length.

Tools that accept a job description and resume context use that supplied material in the draft. The result can still miss context or make a poor connection, so read it against the vacancy and your real experience before sending.

Yes. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. ApplyArc runs on Microsoft Azure, and we never sell your data to third parties.

Yes. Download a complete JSON copy of your account data anytime from Settings, on every plan. Pro also includes CSV export for job analytics. Your data is always yours.

Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account data. We send a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

No. Your resume, job applications, and generated content are never used to train AI models. Your data is processed only to provide the service and is not shared with AI providers for training purposes.

The AI Career Coach is a personal job search assistant that sees your pipeline and tells you what to do each day. It gives daily briefings, runs mock interviews for roles on your board, analyses rejection patterns, coaches salary negotiations, and tracks your STAR Bank of achievements.

Each morning, the Coach reviews your Kanban board and generates a prioritised action plan. It flags overdue follow-ups, upcoming interview deadlines, roles where your application is going stale, and actions that could move things forward.

Yes. The Coach runs mock interviews tailored to a specific role on your board. It asks role and company-specific questions, listens to your answers, and gives feedback on structure, content, and confidence.

ChatGPT does not automatically know your job-search context. The Coach can use the roles on your ApplyArc board, interview dates, follow-up windows, rejection patterns, and skill gaps across your applications to make its advice specific to your search.

Free users can try the Coach within their 5 AI generations per month. Pro users at £19/month get unlimited access to daily briefings, mock interviews, rejection analysis, and salary coaching.
