The first version came out of a real search: hundreds of applications, a Google Sheet with 47 columns, colour-coded tabs, and no reliable answer to one basic question: what needs attention next?
The available tools could store a job. They could not help decide where to focus, when to follow up, or how to prepare for the moments that mattered.
ApplyArc grew from that gap. The board keeps the whole search visible. The tools work from the actual role. The Coach reads the pipeline and points to the next move.
The ambition is larger than one search. ApplyArc is built for individuals today and designed to grow into the clear, trustworthy infrastructure universities, career services, and employers need tomorrow.

The product can grow. The user does not become an account row. Every decision still starts with the person trying to get hired.
Clear before clever
The product should make the next step obvious. If a feature adds noise without helping someone act, it does not ship.
AI has to earn its place
AI handles repetitive work and explains the result. It does not invent experience or turn every task into a chatbot.
The user keeps control
Export your account data or request deletion from Settings. We do not sell your data or use your CV to train AI models. Service providers process data to run ApplyArc, with retention exceptions explained in our privacy policy.

- Is ApplyArc only for individual job seekers?
- That is who ApplyArc serves today. The longer-term plan is to support universities, career services, and employers without pushing the job seeker behind an enterprise dashboard.
- Can I use ApplyArc for free?
- Yes. The free plan includes 100 tracked jobs and 5 AI generations each month, with no card required.
- Who owns my data, and can I delete it?
- You can download a JSON copy of your account from Settings. Pro also includes CSV export for job analytics. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Billing and dispute records may be retained for up to seven years for tax and legal obligations; analytics and service-provider records have their own retention periods, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.
- How does ApplyArc use my data for AI?
- ApplyArc sends the content needed for your chosen AI task to Microsoft Azure OpenAI. We do not use your CV to train AI models. Microsoft states that prompts and outputs are not used to train its foundation models without permission or instruction. Separate abuse monitoring may involve storage and review of flagged content. Our privacy policy explains the service providers and retention rules.
