The first version came out of a real search: hundreds of applications, a Google Sheet with 47 columns, colour-coded tabs, and no reliable answer to one basic question: what needs attention next?
The available tools could store a job. They could not help decide where to focus, when to follow up, or how to prepare for the moments that mattered.
ApplyArc grew from that gap. The board keeps the whole search visible. The tools work from the actual role. The Coach reads the pipeline and points to the next move.
The ambition is larger than one search. ApplyArc is built for individuals today and designed to grow into the clear, trustworthy infrastructure universities, career services, and employers need tomorrow.
